It's a nice and cheap place to stay, if you are in Welly for a few days. But don't expect and luxury.

TOP: the rates - super cheap
BUT: bathrooms + kitchen = disgusting! the room smells, I stayed for 3 nights and the rubbishbin was full when I arrive...
