小木屋於2009 年剛裝修過，房間明亮、多彩。我們還在2010 年將一間大蓬車改裝成了小電影院。
讓本旅舍更獨特之處在於我們就位於Vinkeveense Plassen 湖畔，這是一個大型的人造湖泊。我們與其他旅捨不同，地點遠離市區。這裡有從Holendrecht 車站到阿姆斯特丹中央車站的地鐵（車程不到20 分鐘），單程僅需1 歐元。您可以乘坐Lucky Lake 旅舍的班車，約7 分鐘可到達Holendrecht 車站。另外還有從車站到旅舍的班車。如果您到阿姆斯特丹的目的是參加各種派對或是體驗這裡夜生活，我們旅舍可能不是您的最佳選擇。
旅舍內有一家商店，該區內還有兩個超市。這裡還有一個小村莊，每週二都會有菜市。
